Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Larger wholesale, bulk, or customized orders may require additional processing time.

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $80 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Shipping charges for orders under $80 are calculated at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Exotic Fiber is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
