Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Opened, used, cut, blended, or otherwise altered fiber products cannot be returned.

To request a return, please contact us at info@exoticfiber.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
